Short answer. On 15 October 2026 Ubigi sold two unlimited plans for Tunisia: 7 days for €33 and 15 days for €49, on the Orange Tunisie network, the same as ours. Our plans of the same lengths cost €21.90 and €42.90: Ubigi cost €11.10 and €6.10 more. In return, Ubigi gives more full-speed data: 20 GB over its 7 days, 30 GB over its 15 days.
Ubigi's unlimited plans next to ours
| Length | Ubigi | eSIM Tunisie | Difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| 7 days | €33 | €21.90 | Ubigi dearer by €11.10 |
| 15 days | €49 | €42.90 | Ubigi dearer by €6.10 |
Ubigi sold no 1, 3, 5, 10 or 30-day unlimited plan for Tunisia. Ours: €6.50, €14.90, €15.90, €29 and €84.90.
The speed rule: where Ubigi gives more
Ubigi's page sets out its fair use policy: the 7-day unlimited plan includes 20 GB at full speed, the 15-day plan 30 GB; after that, speed is "optimised" to 2 Mbps. You use that amount as you like over the plan. With us: 1 GB a day at full 4G speed, then 512 kbps until the next day. For heavy video, Ubigi is more comfortable; for price, we are cheaper.
Ubigi's fixed-data plans
| Data | Validity | Ubigi price |
|---|---|---|
| 1 GB | 7 days | €4 |
| 3 GB | 15 days | €8 |
| 10 GB | 7 days | €15 |
| 10 GB | 30 days | €17 |
| 25 GB | 30 days | €38 |
We do not sell fixed-data plans. For 1 GB over 7 days Saily was slightly cheaper (€3.49); for 10 GB over 30 days, so was Nomad's euro list (€16.95).
Ubigi or eSIM Tunisie?
- Ubigi if you stay 7 or 15 days and stream a lot: more full-speed data, same network.
- eSIM Tunisie if price matters, or if your stay is 1, 3, 5, 10 or 30 days: cheaper, hotspot included, QR code by email with no app.

Our eSIM runs on the Orange Tunisie network: 1 GB a day at full 4G speed, then 512 kbps until the next day, hotspot included, QR code by email, plan starting at your first connection in Tunisia. See the plans.
What we could not verify
The Ubigi pages we read do not say whether hotspot is allowed on its unlimited plans for Tunisia, or how the length of a plan is counted from one day to the next. Ubigi also highlights speed and stability comparisons taken from third-party rankings; we do not repeat them, because we cannot check them. If either point matters to you, ask Ubigi before you buy.
Before you buy
- Check that your phone takes an eSIM and is not locked: our list of models.
- Install the eSIM at home, on Wi-Fi, before you leave.
- On arrival, switch on mobile data and data roaming for the eSIM line only.
- Keep your usual SIM on for calls and texts, with its data roaming off.
