Frequently asked questions about the plans
Short answers to what people ask us before buying.
How much does a Tunisia eSIM cost for 7 days?
The 7-day plan costs 21.90 euros, about 3.13 euros per day. The other lengths are 1 day 6.50 euros, 3 days 14.90 euros, 5 days 15.90 euros, 10 days 29 euros, 15 days 42.90 euros and 30 days 84.90 euros.
Which plan length should I choose?
Take the number of days you will spend in Tunisia. If your stay falls between two lengths, choose the longer one: a plan that ends a day early leaves you without data on the day you travel home.
Is the unlimited data really unlimited?
You get 1 GB per day at full 4G speed, then 512 kbps until the daily allowance renews. There is no total cap over the length of the plan and the connection is never cut off.
When does the validity start?
Validity starts on your first connection in Tunisia, not at purchase, and is counted in consecutive days from then. You can therefore install the eSIM at home before you travel.
Which network does the eSIM use?
The eSIM runs on the Orange Tunisie network, on 4G LTE, wherever the operator has coverage. That is the network our supplier's catalogue lists for every plan length.
Can I keep my number for calls and texts?
Yes. It is a data-only eSIM: it sits alongside your usual SIM instead of replacing it. It gives you no Tunisian number; your calls and texts stay on your usual line, and apps such as WhatsApp run over the eSIM.
Is my phone compatible?
Two conditions: the device must support eSIM and must not be locked to a carrier. Check yours for free with
our compatibility tool before buying, because no refund is given for an incompatible or locked phone.
How will I receive my eSIM?
You receive a QR code by email after payment. Scan it in your phone's settings: there is no app to install and no physical SIM to wait for.
