Short answer. For a single day in Tunisia, only two sellers offered unlimited data on 15 October 2026: Holafly at €6.90, and us at €6.50. Airalo, Saily, Nomad and Ubigi sell no single day of unlimited data. If you only need a map and a few messages, a small fixed plan, such as Saily's (1 GB for €3.49), can cost a little less, but it stays valid for days you will not use.
One day of unlimited data
| Seller | Unlimited, 1 day | Full speed |
|---|---|---|
| Holafly | €6.90 | no daily figure published |
| eSIM Tunisie | €6.50 | 1 GB a day at full 4G speed, then 512 kbps |
Holafly also sells 2 days. Our next length is 3 days, at €14.90.
Small fixed-data plans
| Seller | Data | Validity | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Saily | 1 GB | 7 days | €3.49 |
| Airalo | 1 GB | 3 days | €4 |
| Ubigi | 1 GB | 7 days | €4 |
| Nomad | 1 GB | 7 days | €4.02 (US$4.50) |
A fixed plan stops when the gigabyte is used. For a day of maps, messaging and a few photos sent, one gigabyte is often enough; with video calls or a hotspot for a second phone, unlimited data is safer.
What a day of data is for
- A cruise call: getting to the medina or Sidi Bou Said, finding the ship's meeting point, staying reachable on messaging apps.
- A long layover: leaving the airport for a meal in town.
- A one-day trip: a day of meetings in Tunis.
Practical tips for these cases are in Tunisia eSIM for a stopover or a cruise day.
How it works over a day
Install the eSIM before you leave, on Wi-Fi. Our 1-day plan starts at your first connection in Tunisia, not at purchase, so you can buy it days ahead. When you arrive, switch on mobile data and data roaming for the eSIM line. The plan gives 1 GB a day at full 4G speed on the Orange Tunisie network, then 512 kbps, and hotspot is included.
Our eSIM runs on the Orange Tunisie network: 1 GB a day at full 4G speed, then 512 kbps until the next day, hotspot included, QR code by email, plan starting at your first connection in Tunisia. See the plans.
What if the stay gets longer?
A plan cannot be extended: if you end up staying longer, buy a new plan. The new QR code installs a second eSIM next to the first, without deleting anything; you then choose which line carries data. If you hesitate from the start between one and three days, the 3-day plan costs €14.90 and saves buying again the next day.
Before you buy
- Check that your phone takes an eSIM and is not locked: our list of models.
- Install the eSIM at home, on Wi-Fi, before you leave.
- On arrival, switch on mobile data and data roaming for the eSIM line only.
- Keep your usual SIM on for calls and texts, with its data roaming off.
Other lengths: 3 days, 5 or 10 days, and the six-seller comparison.
